Yes! We have several payment options including Afterpay and Paypal.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by following the tracking link in the email. Pick up orders will receive an email once order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection from salon.

We are currently shipping Australia Wide. World Wide Delivery is coming soon! If you would like to enquire about delivery outside of Australia please send us an email at info@gloprotan.com

Orders cannot be cancelled but if you do need to make a change such as shipping address, please email us within 24hrs at info@gloprotan.com. Orders are shipped within 24hrs so changes cannot be made after this period.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges (due to hygiene reasons) all sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email with your name, order number and photos of the issue to info@gloprotan.com

Glo Pro Tan is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any late, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $60, otherwise a flat rate of $5.95 applies. Express Delivery (1-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $11.95 applies.
