Cancellation Policy: It is understandable that sometimes you may need to change your booking. I kindly request 24 hours notice so that I can offer that time slot to another client and allow time for them to properly prepare for their appointment. However, if you don’t provide 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee.
